A second-generation business, Yazdi was founded in 1976 by Louise Jones, and located in the Pike Place Market. Daughter Julia opened the Wallingford Center store in 1986 continuing the legacy of bringing unique clothing options to the women of Seattle.

Focusing on well-made items for the contemporary woman, Yazdi presents brands featuring natural fibers, ease of washing and styling for today’s customer, who wants to look great and feel comfortable. The Yazdi private label clothing was pioneered by Louise back in the 70’s when she travelled to Bali and established relationships with artisans producing traditional Balinese fabric. Julia continues to work with these contacts today, bringing a distinctive flair to the store. This line features wonderfully easy, natural fabrics, hand-dyed and batiked, which will become some of your favorites! Brands made in the USA are heavily represented in the mix of popular lines. Sizing ranges from Missy XS through Plus sizes, including the Yazdi label.
